Fran grew up surrounded by entrepreneurship. As a child, she watched her parents run a successful building and surveying business, by the age of six, she had already learned how to troubleshoot basic damp issues, even diagnosing and giving advice over the phone! This early immersion in self-employment ignited her passion for business and instilled a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed.

With 13+ years experience, she is passionate about empowering individuals to build and grow successful businesses. She brings a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship education, encompassing startups, freelancers, and established businesses seeking growth strategies.

Fran has been self-employed all her working life, from freelancing in the creative industries to running a limited company at just 23 to now running a Wellbeing Hub in Cowbridge. This firsthand experience gives her a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing entrepreneurs today.

She combines practical advice with a focus on building the confidence necessary to thrive. Her background is diverse, including experience in the creative industries, intellectual property, freelancing, social enterprise, and Ltd. companies. As an entrepreneur who experiences a disability, she also specialises in supporting those with long term health conditions and disabilities.
She is passionate about helping people recognise their potential and providing them with the tools and support they need to achieve their dreams.
